A Canadian woman won’t face charges after flashing her breasts at a young boy in a bid to settle a noise dispute.

Marika De Florio says she decided to go topless because the five-year-old lad was driving her crazy with his noise outside her home and hoped it would mean his grandparents would bring him inside.
